I use the cool setting every morning and it actually works. My face looks more awake and way less puffy, and it feels so refreshing. Way easier than using ice or those frozen roller things.

I hold a lot of tension in my jaw and this helps SO much. The heat setting feels like a warm massage and my skin absorbs products way better after. I literally use it every night while watching TV lol.
