Damaged or Defective Items
If your Sulbi Sha arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us immediately at support@sulbiskin.com with photos. We'll send you a replacement at no cost.

1-Year Warranty
All Sulbi Sha devices are covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including issues with heating, cooling, or microcurrent functions. Contact support@sulbiskin.com for warranty claims.
