How to Use Your Sulbi Sha
A simple 5-minute routine with gentle outward strokes to help de-puff and sculpt.
Before You Start
- Power on – Hold the button for 2 seconds until the light turns on.
- Charge check – The indicator light shows battery status. Charge fully before first use.
- Select mode – Tap to cycle through Cool, Heat, and Microcurrent.
- Which edge? – Use the curved edge for cheeks and jaw, the smaller curve for around the eyes.

Your Gua Sha Routine
Quick Start
- Apply moisturizer or oil for a smooth glide
- Select your mode: Cool for morning de-puff, Heat for evening skincare prep
- Add Microcurrent during strokes for a lifting effect
- Repeat each motion 8-10x per side with light pressure

Up along the jaw → down side of neck

Corner of mouth → toward ear

Top of cheekbone → temple

4. Inner Brow Circles: Small circles at inner corner of brow.
5. Brow Sweep: Inner brow outward along bone (skip if uncomfortable).
6. Up the Forehead: Center of brow up to hairline. Microcurrent adds a lifting effect to this stroke.

- Stay on the brow bone—do not use directly on the eyelid
- Stop if you feel pain or irritation

Before using your device, prep with gentle fingertip massage:
- Neck & Collarbone: Gentle circular massage on underarms and along collarbone
- Ear Area: Light downward strokes below ears, circles in front of ears
- Face: Small circles outside nostrils and between brows
